I almost gave up on this piece..multiple times, I for sure thought it was a lost cause. Since I was a beginner, it definitely wasn't the best idea to do such a damaged piece for my first time. However, I kept pushing through & I ended up customizing it for my niece who chose the beautiful blue that makes this piece pop! In the end, it was all worth it. I learned SO much from it & am glad that I was able to save it from the landfill. It’s not perfect but for it being my first piece...I do love how it turned out & luckily my niece loved it as well.
Fun Fact:
- Once I officially decided that I wasn't going to be something I wanted to sell and thought about giving up, I asked my sister if she had room for my niece to have it. Then, I let my niece decide the colors and found the knobs I knew she would love at HomeGoods. Making it for my niece gave it a new purpose and created more motivation to not give up on it.
